Bar do Mineiro

Bar Do Mineiro is known, just for its drinks, but for its hearty comfort food. One house favorite is their unique bean snack, made with brown beans instead of the usual black beans. They also have appetizers such as sausages and pastels or their frango com quiabo (a stewed chicken with okra). All around the bar / restaurant is an atmosphere created by the paintings on the walls and a nearby art gallery and antiques shop. And oh yes, they sell beer and liquor, ice-cold.
