Rio loves its Samba, and at Beco do Rato, they celebrate this love every week. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the evenings are filled with live Samba music and dance. The bar itself is Bohemian style, with a heavy focus on German and Latin beers. Beco do Rato is small and always packed. Fortunately, there's plenty of outdoor seating, and the entertainment likewise sometimes spills onto the outside streets. It's a delightful and cheerful time after dark.
