Forneria São Sebastião was established in Rio in January of 2006. It’s named after St. Sebastian, the city’s patron saint. The menu can be characterized as Italian Rustic, and features such wonderful dishes as risotto, pasta, salads, meat and fish. They offer a delicious classic ciabatta bread, and their paninis, made of pizza dough and bread, are excellent. You’ll also find a few pizzas on their menu, made of genuine Italian recipes, and baked in a firewood oven. Exquisite desserts round out the whole experience.
