Sylvia Baraldini

For too many years Sylvia Baraldini. has been the victim of a State campaign not only to punish her for her principled political beliefs and activities but for her daring to intercede on the side and on the behalf of the oppressed, in support of the Black Liberation here in the United States of America. For this she has been vilified, damned, tortured and caged; and moreover, has been denied the most fundamental human rights, claimed under this empire's constitution.

Under both US. law as written and international law as proclaimed, Sylvia has the absolute right to be paroled arid return to her country of origin. The Treaty of Rome, the International Covenant in civil and political rights forbids her continued incarceration, but this empire, like all empires, heeds no law but its own whims. We must, therefore, in the name of natural law, support Sylvia and all who have rebelled against this modem day Babylon.
