How to Start a Chapter: The Struggle Continues

1/16/96

Dear friends,

We just had the pleasure of attending a talk given by Angela Davis at Lane Community College in Eugene. It was well attended and Angela spoke most eloquently about racism, sexism, imperialism, and homophobia. She also used the opportunity to urge action around the cases of Mumia Abu-Jamal and Silvia Baraldini.

What is needed today, is for people to organize Chapters to Release Silvia Baraldini throughout the country...especially on our campuses and to hold similar events where the cases can be mentioned, heard about, and further actions planned.

If you can help in any way, please emial me ASAP and we will get you started.

Sincerely,

Jerry Ross ross@rio.com This page is under construction -- please pardon our dust.
